IT Cosmetics is expanding our digital marketing team with a Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition. We are seeking someone who has excelled at driving demand performance in digital marketing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing programs in support of ecommerce business.
Works closely with a number of key stakeholders, including Director of Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, and agency partners to deploy range of campaigns focused on SEM, Affiliate, and PPC (e.g., display, retargeting).
Oversees a digital marketing calendar and budgets in accordance with ecommerce and digital marketing plans.
Discovering, researching and testing new and emerging digital channels.
Engage regularly with external agencies and vendors, as well as key internal functional areas such as ecommerce, creative, brand marketing, sales, and customer service.
Partner with marketing, creative and developer partners to create and test new technologies and innovative campaign concepts.
5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally with a recognized brand in beauty, CPG, apparel or retail. Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is highly preferred.
Hands on experience planning and managing campaigns in Paid Search, SEO, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Display/Remarketing, and partnerships.
Deep knowledge of Excel and range of analytics tools (e.g. , Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Omniture) as well as various 3rd party media platforms.
Fully conversant with developing and optimizing integrated campaigns, and tracking both budgets and marketing ROI.
Passionate about marketing; you are continuously a student of your industry, pursuing knowledge, best practices, competitive landscape and staying on top of trends.

This person will be responsible for managing and developing IT Cosmetics’ ecommerce website and merchandising efforts. Work with both internal and external stakeholders to create and oversee the execution of site development, usability, and the shopping experience.
Works closely with VP Digital, and Director Ecommerce to achieve overall strategic objectives. This individual should have proven experience in ecommerce management, specifically in a consumer focused businesses -- Beauty, CPG, or retail experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading and coordinating the development and deployment of ecommerce marketing programs ensuring growth of ecommerce sales (and related success metrics), optimal customer experience and effectiveness of merchandising efforts.
Oversees a calendar for site updates, and development in accordance with ecommerce and digital marketing plans.
Product and landing page merchandising to optimize sell through and conversion.

CMS management for site and product updates.
Analyzes sales and site performance regularly and make recommendations to improve performance.
Ongoing analysis of classification and key item sales, site traffic and conversion analysis, and recapping of specific site programming efforts
Plans and creates web opportunities with emphasis on merchandising and increasing sales, average order value, and up-sell.
Works with key internal partners to formulate content/merchandising calendars to ensure ongoing update of website, sale of products with focus on new launches along with promotion of basic product line.
Participates in team status meetings for review of open projects, new site programs and ongoing enhancements and resolving identified technical issues.
Oversees QA of all site updates and feature launches.
Manages request/development of assets required for ecommerce marketing programs, working with internal Creative, Brand marketing, Customer Care, and external agency partners
Manages timeline and resources on implementation of special projects such as video modules, seasonal merchandising programs, microsites, digital marketing and other ecommerce business initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5 years related experience. Hands on experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, specifically in the area of B-to-C, beauty and luxury brands a plus.
BA/BS degree required.
Effective multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up.
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce best practices and marketing methodologies.
Experience managing external partners, budgets and timelines.

IT Cosmetics, a rapidly expanding beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Graphic Production Manager to take our print and packaging projects from execution to completion.
The Graphic Production Manager will work closely with our graphic designers in the creation of accurate mechanical and digital files for print production and Web development. They must be able to implement efficient and effective time management to complete work on tight deadlines. As well as organize, manage and maintain our library of files; logos, images, project files that live on our server.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating clean, accurate mechanical and digital files for print production and Web development.
Judge and implement efficient and effective time management to complete work on tight deadlines
Communicate effectively any perceived pitfalls in project process prior to implementation
Create pleasing design as needed for studio projects.
