JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced ART DIRECTOR to lead the creative development for our ecommerce website (desktop and mobile) and all digital marketing campaigns. They will work hand in hand with Digital Design Director and VP, Global Creative Director to ensure the brand vision, strategy and key initiatives are visually interpreted in line with the IT Cosmetics brand identity, image and voice across all projects, distribution channels and media platforms. The ideal candidate will be strong conceptually, have a design sensibility in line with prestige/luxury beauty and be used to working in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, & production of all digital assets for ecommerce website updates and digital media campaigns including emails, display, and social network updates
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences
  • Support brand aesthetic in all digital media including the look and feel of web pages including typography, graphics, color, layout and other factors based on branding, rendering designs in Photoshop, HTML and other creative software applications into useable elements of a working website
  • Understand and discover target audiences’ needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative concepts
  • This individual will be knowledgeable of best practices when it comes to design and content production

JOB SUMMARY:

The Art Director, Multimedia Production, is responsible for the art direction and design of visual elements as they relate to video. He/She will be hands-on in all areas: designing and comping graphics, concept development, dressing sets and reviewing final graphics in video layout to ensure branding consistencies.

IT Cosmetics is looking for a highly motivated DRTV expert with 3+ years of Direct TV retail and production experience to drive best-in class DRTV programs and production for IT Cosmetics. The Brand Development Manager, will oversee and support every aspect of DRTV production in addition to supporting account management. This is a new role with opportunity to grow and flourish within a company that currently represents a significant amount of sales growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, energetic and an incredibly detail oriented team player. Must be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and have an "all-in" positive attitude.

The Assistant Vice President, Social Media oversees US social strategy, planning and execution, including collaborating on owned, paid and earned social initiatives and brand promotions/partnerships for all channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead social media strategy for US market including owned, paid and earned social media
  • Develop the brand's social platforms, partnerships and programs to drive awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Craft concepts for "always on" programs and launch campaigns, in partnership with key stakeholders from cross-functional team (Creative, Education, PR, E-Comm, Sales)
