JOB SUMMARY:

IT Cosmetics is seeking a rock star Beauty Public Relations Director with a proven track record of driving business needs, exceeding goals and securing press in top-tier outlets. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8-12 years of previous beauty public relations experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy/Media Relations

  • Spearhead creation and execution of overarching PR, Influencer and Founder business strategies
  • Manage core day-to-day media relations
  • Responsible for proactive pitching according to the launch calendar
  • Responsible for securing best-in-class features and placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets
  • Creatively conceptualize and fully execute PR events and activations (Product Launches, Sponsorships, Deskside Meetings, Personal Appearances, etc.)

Mailings/Products

  • Manage all editor/influencer mailings in conjunction with junior team members

  •  Managing copy/distribution for press releases, fact sheets and pitches

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 8-12 years beauty PR in-house/agency experience

  • Extremely strong knowledge of best beauty media practices, as well as proven results garnering coverage in print, broadcast TV and online mediums

Manager/Senior Manager, Social Media Producer

JOB SUMMARY:

IT Cosmetics Social Team is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented and proactive content producer with an eye for design to create social content for Global and US local social channels. From conception to completion, you will manage the process of bringing content to life, from social-first photography to graphic design and short-form videos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under Direction of AVP, Social Media, assist with content strategy for all social media channels
  • Contribute forward-thinking, social-first content ideas that help amplify IT Cosmetics among target audiences, across all social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal Creative Team to identify new ways to visually tell the brand story based on trends and platform authenticity
  • Serve as social media content creator for always-on assets across channels to support internal Creative Team campaigns
  • Manage database of all global visual assets for usage by global markets on local Facebook channels
  • Serve as social team point person for international market social asset requests, local content submission reviews and approval process for usage on Global Instagram/InstaStories

CONTENT CREATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shoot lifestyle and in-situation product hero photography for always-on Global Instagram
  • Develop templates for InstaStories for Global Instagram usage by various markets to utilize
  • Storyboard and create InstaStories for Global Instagram from US perspective
  • Support Community Manager on curating UGC for usage on Global Instagram and site
  • Create short form video (i.e. Boomerangs and stop motion), optimized for various platforms
  • Design Pinterest content for opportunistic trends and retailer program support
  • Support Facebook Live video production, including assisting Community Manager on theme and script development

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years professional experience
  • Experience in photography, graphic design and image editing from a social-first perspective

  • Some video production experience a plus
  • Strong writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge/experience with all major social media platforms; experience as a community manager a plus

Senior Designer, Visual Merchandising

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Designer who enjoys working in fast paced, hands on, creative environment that loves a challenge. You will work with a design-savvy team to create concepts for in-store displays and other design elements. The goal is to translate marketing strategies into innovative and impressive designs that will grab the attention of people in a busy store environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in leading the design development process of global merchandising units and updates (general tester units, seasonal color units, mini focus units, special gifting merchandisers skincare units, new launch units, merchandising props for shelving, department/specialty and free standing stores to support new launches and re-promote items for in-store use.
  • Partner with global marketing and regional teams to conceptualize and develop visualization and product presentation in-store to support selected collections and launches
  • Partner with AVP Global Visual Merchandising and Creative Operations to take work from concept to final execution and ensure all programs meet brand standards and on-counter dates.
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, white samples and present completed ideas to internal team members.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.

IT Cosmetics is looking for an AVP OR VP of Digital. We are seeking someone who has excelled at driving demand performance in digital marketing. Our potential candidate will be knowledgeable in the strategies of creating a successful platform, e-commerce ( both front and backend) and integrating CRM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Packaging Art Director/Senior Art Director is responsible for designing new and existing packaging from initial concept through final execution. A conceptual thinker with strong visual design skills that is able to creatively problem solve and come up with multiple on brand solutions for new and for limited edition products.
