IT Cosmetics is looking for a highly motivated DRTV expert with 3+ years of Direct TV retail and production experience to drive best-in class DRTV programs and production for IT Cosmetics. The Brand Development Manager, will oversee and support every aspect of DRTV production in addition to supporting account management.   • Lead social media strategy for US market including owned, paid and earned social media
  • Develop the brand's social platforms, partnerships and programs to drive awareness, engagement and conversion

The Associate Vice President, Creative Operations is responsible for the creation and execution of processes that facilitate the on-time delivery of high-quality creative assets for the IT Cosmetics Global Brand, leadership and development of the creative operations team, and the quality of all outgoing artwork and final deliverables. Oversees all functions of the department including creative request receipt and review, job creation, establishing timelines, job tracking, trafficking, workload prioritization, project release, final approvals and delivery of final assets. The position is responsible for creating, enforcing and directing process across all creative channels as well as the development and on-going optimization of workflow between internal departments. He/she acts as the liaison between the Creative department and all internal cross-functional teams by communicating key dates, keeping all involved parties up to date on the project status and noting and escalating delays, when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of creative development, including timeline creation, implementation, resource allocation and reporting
  • Lead, mentor and train Creative Operations team of (4) on internal processes and aid in developing goals to shape career growth within the organization
