What is SMS/Text Reorder?
If you opt-in to receive SMS/Text Reorder messages, you will get a text message asking if you want to reorder a product you have previously purchased. We offer 10% Off + Free Shipping when you place a reorder through our SMS/Text program. Please note, this is a separate function from Auto Replenishment orders. If you have any orders via Auto Replenishment, they will not be included in SMS/Text Reorder.
How do I receive texts for reorder?
When you are on the cart page, click the checkbox next to this icon

Once you complete checkout, you will receive a text asking you to confirm your enrollment. It’s a one-time enrollment so you will receive texts for any of your past or future single item purchases. Once you opt-in, you’re in!
How often will I get texts?
All SMS/Text reminders are based on your purchase history so you'll get text reminders based on when we think you are about to run out. Please note, this is a separate function from Auto Replenishment orders. If you have any orders via Auto Replenishment, they will not be included in SMS/Text Reorder.
What if I’m not ready to reorder?
You can always respond to a reminder text with a "RemindMe" and ask us to send you a reminder at a later date
How do I stop receiving texts?
If you ever decide that you no longer want to receive texts, you can reply to any of our texts with the word STOP alone and we will not send you texts anymore.
What will happen when I respond YES to a reminder?
Once you respond yes to our texts, the item will automatically be reordered at 10% Off + Free Shipping. The total amount of order, less tax will be included in your confirmation text. You will also get a confirmation email and shipping information.
How do I cancel an order?

How do I update my shipping address and/or payment method?
To make changes for future orders, login to your account and update your information in the My Account page. If you need to make changes for an existing orders, please contact Customer Service here Customer Service Information.
