You can redeem points at checkout to receive dollars off your next order (1000pts = $10 off, 2000pts = $20 off, 3000pts = $30 off).

Your points will remain active within a rolling 12-month period. After that, any unused points will expire and will not rollover. We will notify you when your points are approaching expiration.

REWARD IT is IT Cosmetics’ free loyalty program where members earn 10 points for every $1 spent, enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more.

In September 2022, we enhanced our loyalty program to give you more value and benefits. If you were a member of LOVE IT Rewards, you can continue to sign in to your existing account and will automatically be enrolled in our new program, REWARD IT.

The REWARD IT loyalty program has three levels of members status. When you’ve earned enough points to qualify for the next member level, you will be upgraded automatically and begin receiving additional benefits.

Once you’ve been upgraded to the next member level, you will retain that level for the remainder of the calendar and the following calendar year. You will need to requalify for your member tier before 12/31 the following calendar year, or you will be downgraded to your prior member level.

There is no limit to points earned on purchases, but there is a limit to the number of points earned through participation in site activities which varies by activity.

We ask that you please allow 24-48 hours to see earned points reflect in your account, all points will post automatically. If you still do not see your points after 48 hours, please contact us.

While you can use your points on orders with other promotions, please note in order to be eligible for gift with purchase, you must meet any required threshold after using pay with points.

Loyalty points have no cash value upon return and are non-refundable.
