Order Processing Times
Orders received on Monday through Friday by 2pm (EST) are processed and shipped the same day, while orders received after 2pm (EST) are processed and shipped the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Please note:
- Orders Places on Monday through Friday with expedited service will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 5:00 pm EST.
- Ground and expedited service orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays.
- We apologize, but IT Cosmetics™ is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

Order Cancellations or Changes
Once you submit your itcosmetics.com order, we are unable to make cancellations or changes. For more information, visit at itcosmetics.com. If you have any questions or concerns, please with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

At this time, IT Cosmetics™ product samples are not available for general distribution. However, various samples are available at checkout with your itcosmetics.com purchase, and periodically during special offers and promotions. If you're not sure which products are right for you, Contact Us for expert recommendations and advice.
We are legally required to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC (District of Columbia,) FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required).
IT Cosmetics™ accepts the following payment methods:
- American Express
- Discover Card
- Apple Pay *(With your iPhone, iPad, and Mac you can use Apple Pay to pay on websites in Safari. Visit Apple.com for help with set up).
- e-Gift Certificates
We are unable to accept CODs, layaway plans, checks, money orders, or cash. Please note: For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
We do not accept international methods of payment or ship internationally.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Payment Authorization Holds
When placing an order using a credit card, two transactions will be posted to your account:
- When your order is authorized, the issuing bank for your credit card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge.
- Once you are charged (when order ships), funds for the purchase amount will be removed from your account. If the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment, the charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold.
If an order is cancelled, the issuing bank will remove the authorization hold. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank's customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds.

Maximum Purchase Policy
At this time, we must limit product purchases to no more than six (6) units per item, and select products to no more than three (3) units per item. Orders exceeding their maximum purchase limit are subject to cancellation. See Terms & Conditions for more information about IT's Purchase Related Policies, or Contact Us with questions.
WHAT IS INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
HOW DO I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?
Simply shop on itcosmetics.com, add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
WHERE CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?
Installments by Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on itcosmetics.com website.
CAN I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per the shipping method chosen following our standard fulfillment timeframe after you complete your order online.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TRANSACTION?
Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on itcosmetics.com using Installments by Afterpay
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING INSTALLMENTS BY AFTERPAY?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Please check here for our Return policy. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
