EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to an overall increase in volume, all carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within specific time frames. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your expected delivery date.
Please know that you will only be charged when the order ships, not after checkout! The pre-authorization hold is placed on your card for the amount of the order, but the final charge will not go through until the order ships.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with IT, you have options! We’ll happily refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. We’ve extended our return window during this time to 60 days. For instructions, please visit our Returns page.
Orders fall into a queue once they are placed, and we start working on them as soon as we get them. Once you submit your itcosmetics.com order, we are unable to make cancellations or changes. For more information, visit Returns.

Love IT Rewards is the IT Cosmetics loyalty program where members enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more! To join, simply sign up online.
HOW DOES THE LOVE IT REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?
Your member account is activated the day you enroll in Love IT Rewards and lasts through the end of the current calendar year.
Once you’ve enrolled, you can earn rewards by completing purchases at itcosmetics.com. Rewards will only be redeemed on authorized purchases at itcosmetics.com and do not apply with other retailers.
For the best experience, create an account to view your order history and rewards in one place. Your available rewards will be listed on the offers page.
If you already have an account, remember to log in each time you place an order to ensure your order history will continue to be tracked. Once logged in, your available rewards will be listed on the offers page.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Customers will earn rewards based on their annual spend on itcosmetics.com.
Feeling IT status is given to customers who spend < $200/year.
Committed status is given to customers who spend > $200/year.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
Rewards will be sent to the customer via email, and frequency will vary based on the reward. For birthday rewards, customers will receive an email on their birthday. Please be sure to update your birthday information in your account profile or here if you do not have an account.
For status achievement gifts, the email will be sent the day after customers reach the spend threshold.
For other gifts and rewards, emails will be sent quarterly and monthly. For exclusive promotions, emails will be sent at the time the promotions occur.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY LOVE IT REWARD?
You will receive an e-mail notification once you have a reward available.

WHEN DO MY LOVE IT REWARDS/STATUS EXPIRE?
Your Love IT Rewards expire 30 days after issuance.
Your membership status expires on the last day of the current calendar year.
CAN I TRACK MY LOVE IT REWARDS ACCOUNT ONLINE?
Yes! Log in to your account and visit the offers page to check your available rewards. If you do not have an account on itcosmetics.com, check your recent emails from IT Cosmetics and refer to the link ‘view my rewards’ at the bottom of the email.

Does IT Cosmetics™ Test on Animals?
IT Cosmetics™ is certified by PETA as a 100% cruelty-free brand, and you will find us listed on their website. Remaining a cruelty-free brand is extremely important to us, as it is to so many of you! IT Cosmetics™ has never tested products on animals, nor do we use animal hair in our brushes—and we have absolutely no plans to change that.
